A massive thank you to all our supporters around the world. The Free West Papua Campaign was started 10 years ago and has been going from strength to strength ever since. We recently exceeded 200,000 supporters on Facebook and a new All Party Parliamentary Group on West Papua was launched in the British Parliament. Please help us celebrate by raising the Morning Star flag on 1st December and if possible join us in Oxford for a very special celebration on 6th December.

The Free West Papua Campaign is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its official Oxford launch, and we would like you to join us! Human Rights Watch releases damning report on media freedom in West Papua

Human Rights Watch have released an extensive and damning report into the state of media freedom in West Papua. Titled “Something to Hide? Indonesia’s Restrictions on Media Freedom and Rights Monitoring in Papua“, the report details over 25 years of extreme restrictions to journalists and NGOs wishing to work in West Papua.

A new All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on West Papua has been launched in the British Parliament.
