Sriwijaya Air said Sunday it would open three new routes to Papua cities of Jayapura, Manokwari, and Sorong.
"We have been interested in those routes," Sriwijaya Air spokesperson Hanna Simatupang said as quoted by kompas.com.
Hanna said Sriwijaya Air would operate its Boeing 737-400 and 737-800 airplanes to serve the new routes.
