Human rights groups are calling for the arrest of Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono following last week's release of disturbing videos showing a Papuan man being tortured by Indonesian security forces.

The mobile phone footage shows a naked man being tortured with a burning stick in the remote village of Puncak Jaya. The airing of the video has provoked a loud reaction around the world and also prompted calls for the arrest of Indonesian President Yudhoyono for crimes against humanity. The warning has come from a prominent international Human Rights lawyerwho helped prepare a case for arresting Pope Benedict.
