Subjec: Open Letter from West Papua to the United Nations

Dear Mr. Secretary-General:
The Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua is a peace-loving state which accepts the obligations contained in the present Charter. The Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua is the Sole Legitimate representative of the Papuan Peoples and Nation.
Since we ran the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua until the present date, We protect Indonesian citizens and foreigners who live in the entire land of West Papua.
In reference to above mentioned, I would to write to His Excellency Mr. Secretary-General, United Nations that we need Protection from the United Nations for officials of the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua and all Papuan Peoples and Nation.
We request the United Nations to ask Indonesia to release our 9 officials who were arrested and detained in West Papua Province, Manokwari Police Station/Polda Manokwari namely 1.Marthen Samonsabra,2. Elias Wetipo, 3. Juran Pahabol were arrested and detained on September 19, 2022, and also 6 more officers of the Executive Government namely 1. Soleman Waropen 2. Andarias Sanganafa 3. Carlos Bonai 4. Bernard Boneftar 5. Yafet Inden 6. Derek Rumbewas who have just arrested and detained on October 19, 2022 at the peace prayer together in celebration of the 11th independence Day of the Federal Republic of West Papua in Manokwari.
The Acting Governor of West Papua Paulus Waterpauw former Chief of the Papua Police region in Jayapura who had more experience in his bloodied hands, arrested and detained activists' independence of Papuan peoples. I ask the United Nations to pressure the Indonesian government to remove him from his position.
We ask the United Nations to mediate high-level negotiation between officials of the Indonesian government and officials of the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua.
